Aram Voskanyan started his coaching career in 2012 by joining the Mika coaching staff and later became the team's head coach. In 2016, he was the head coach of the Armenia under-19 team. He worked as a head coach in Banants, Alashkert, in the Kazakh club Atyrau.
At the start of the 2022/23 season, he is been appointed head coach of Ararat.
